Position:       Sales Operations Analyst

Main purpose:

To analyse our current working procedures of our sales team.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Responsible for comparing call cycle data with call vehicle tracker information and report on trends and behaviours that do not confirm to the correct behaviour.

• Responsible for analysing sales data, action various comparisons and creating reports. 

• Provide and execute sales operations activities.

• Provide recommendations on sales operations structuring and alignment to sales process optimization.

 

Qualifications:

• Relevant BCom 

 

Requirements:

• Graduate with 1 - 2 years’ work experience. 

• Must be able to do data analytics, not technical necessarily but must have aptitude for looking for patterns etc. 

OR 

• At least 5 years’ experience in compliance

• Must be analytical

 

Key skills required:

• Strong data analytical person

• Detail oriented

• Strong communication skills

• Innovative in addressing the requirement i.e. find ways to automate and find ways of improving the process

• Strong Excel skills

• Able to collaborate and work in a team

• Technically minded

• Having SQL skills would advantageous 

• Understand databases

• Good Customer service and understanding how to prioritise

• Business Intelligence reporting ability - experience with Qlik tools advantageous 

• Understanding of compliance reporting essential 

• Good report writing skills

• Self-directed and self-motivated
