Role Description:

 

• Responsibly and efficiently handle all inquiries regarding sales orders, ensuring timely and accurate responses

• Diligently check and maintain accurate pricing for customers to ensure consistency and transparency

• Analyze and generate technical drawings. (Advantageous)

• Create comprehensive and accurate quotes as required to provide customers with precise pricing information.

• Effectively process customer orders with precision and efficiency, ensuring smooth order management

• Create official sales orders and coordinate their seamless transfer to the factory.

• Maintain effective communication with the factory, coordinating timeframes and delivery dates to ensure timely order fulfillment.

• Monitor the production schedule daily to ensure accuracy and timely execution.

• Arrange couriers for the delivery of orders, ensuring efficient and reliable shipping.

• Maintain the highest level of client satisfaction by delivering exceptional service.

• Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders to facilitate collaboration and achieve common goals.

• Proactively follow up on sales activities, order statuses, and delivery dates to ensure timely and accurate updates

• Work closely with the finance department to ensure timely and accurate processing of customer payments

 

Skills requirements

• Possess a solid technical aptitude, enabling comprehension and effective communication of technical product/service details

• Display exceptional organizational skills to effectively manage and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

• Demonstrate the ability to prioritize workload efficiently, ensuring the timely completion of key tasks.

• Possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey information and collaborate with stakeholders.

• Display meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in tasks and documentation.

• Autocad proficiency would be advantageous.
