Role Description:

Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts

Develop trusting relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

Study and understand key clients' need and requirements

Determine how to best meet the needs and requirements of clients
-
Ensure on time delivery of the correct products to major clients in a timely manner
-
Dispatch information between key clients and internal teams
-
Resolve the complaints or concerns of major clients and provide long-term solutions to prevent future dissatisfaction

Prepare and deliver progress reports to internal and external stakeholders

Project co-ordination, planning and communicating project timelines to production team

Manage customer expectations and relationships

Communicate project timelines to production team

Continuous improvement by developing trusting relationships with the key customers

Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

Overseeing the commercials of quotations, Invoicing, logistics and budget

Requirements and skills

Proven experience as key account manager

Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels
