Role Description:


  • Developing and managing a portfolio of Key Accounts

  • Develop trusting relationships with key accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal teams

  • Study and understand key clients' need and requirements

  • Determine how to best meet the needs and requirements of clients

  • Ensure on time delivery of the correct products to major clients in a timely manner

  • Dispatch information between key clients and internal teams

  • Resolve the complaints or concerns of major clients and provide long-term solutions to prevent future dissatisfaction

  • Prepare and deliver progress reports to internal and external stakeholders

  • Project co-ordination, planning and communicating project timelines to production team

  • Manage customer expectations and relationships

  • Communicate project timelines to production team

  • Continuous improvement by developing trusting relationships with the key customers

  • Expanding the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives

  • Overseeing the commercials of quotations, Invoicing, logistics and budget

  • Determining Key Account forecasts


Requirements and skills


  • Proven experience as key account manager

  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels

  • Client relationship management both corporate and individual.
