Salary:       R 25 000 P/M

 

Role Description:

• Weekly retail store visits

• Assessing store equipment and preparing of reports for repairs

• Scheduled maintenance of Aqualoop, Multiplex and Simplex refrigeration plants

• Repair self-contained refrigeration units, cold rooms, display cases and general electrical repairs on interactive ovens and hot cases

• Manage customer expectations and relationships

• Communicate project timelines to customers

• Inspect and sign-off repairs carried out by external sub-contractors

• Control and manage van stock

• Maintain and manage company vehicle

• Continuous improvement

 

Measures of performance* (PP: <50%; BT: 50 to 80%; OT: 80 to 120%; HP: 120 to 150%; EP: >150%)

• Wt: 30% - Achieves individual sales targets as allocated per growth strategy

• Wt: 10% - Achieves margins in line with I.S pricing policy

• Wt: 10% - Meets client contractual delivery dates and specifications

• Wt: 10% - Debtors performance (PP > 90 days, BT < 60 days, OT < 45 days, HP < 30 days, EP = current)

 

Skills requirements

• Qualified refrigeration mechanic (commercial) trade tested

• Problem and conflict management skills

• Responsibility and self-starter

• Microsoft office

• Communication
