Salary:  R 5 500 Basic + Uncapped Commission + benefits

We’re seeking a passionate and self-motivated SALES REPRESENTATIVES (one Rep in each country) to join our awesome sales team to help us drive our business success by increasing sales. Your main goal will be to turn leads and prospects into paid users by selling the products that our clients (and their customers) have grown to rely on

 

Salary:  R 5 500 Basic + Uncapped Commission + Provident fund + Med Aid + Company Car

If you understand the sales process and have a passion to be the best salesperson ever, ability to generate sales, leads, building relationships, and closing deals, are personable, professional, enjoy visiting clients, eager to learn more about power tools and accessories, have strong negotiating skills and the ability to showcase our products in a compelling way, then this role is made for you! 

 

Responsibilities

  • Make sales

  • Support and consult with the sales team to ensure efficiency and promote customer experience

  • Make appointments to meet clients and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Understand our clients’ needs, wants and resolve queries

  • Advise customers on specials, new products, price changes

  • Identify prospects and leads

  • Look for opportunities

  • Learn technical details about our products to explain alternative uses and applications

  • Process orders and follow through

  • Keep merchandising material up to date

  • Track and monitor your work

  • Prepare and present weekly reports

  • Attend sales educational training, events and expos

  • Stay up to date with the latest sales trends and best practices

 

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working in a sales environment

  • Power tool & accessory product knowledge is an advantage

  • Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company’s success

  • Critical thinker and problem-solving skills

  • Team player

  • Good time-management skills

  • Great interpersonal and excellent communication skills

  • Presentation skills

  • Ability to effectively plan your day and prioritize your duties

 

QUALIFICATIONS & KNOWLEDGE

  • A Matric Certificate (Grade 12)

  • A tertiary qualification in Sales and/or Marketing or studying towards one will be an advantage

  • Computer skills

  • Microsoft Office knowledge, advanced Excel skills

 

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

  • A valid driver’s license with no infringements or outstanding fines

  • Must have citizenship in country

  • Own vehicle
