Salary: R 55 000 - R 60 000 Per Month CTC
Role Description:

Manage both Local and Exports Sales team: KPI’s, Sales planning, Budgets

Develop and implement Sales strategy for both Local and Export Sales

Local and Exports Sales budgeting and forecasting
-
Lead Sales Team to achieve their set targets
-
Manage customer expectations and relationships
-
Handling Customer Complaints & Ensuring Customer satisfaction
-
Identify & generate potential leads and new markets
-
New client Acquisition
-
Manage selected key accounts / customers
-
Maintain relationships with key customers including facing key customers
-
Manage Sales pipeline and Report on Sales activity on a weekly basis
-
Manage Quotations and Estimates to be done correctly and within set time frames
-
Manage Customer base Debtors and assist with following up payments

Manage Estimator and Draughting Department, balancing load and prioritizing of enquiries

Analysing Sales Data to adjust Customer & Market approach accordingly
-
Manage Sales Processes to ensure they are efficient and effective

Co-ordinating Sales leads with the relevant group companies to discuss best approach
-
Support Sales team by ensuring factory production aligns with Project dates
-
Coaching, Motivating, Mentoring, Building & Supporting Sales team\

Build a solid, positive, customer centric, ethical and high performing sales culture

Exhibit at Expos and Trade shows
-
Manage Sales team Commission monthly where applicable
-
Ensure pricing and discount structures are revised regularly and communicated to Estimator team

Experience:
-
Solid understanding and experience in the retail industry
-
Experience in sales and execution of capital equipment (preferably within the retail industry)

Well networked within the franchise and corporate retail sector
-
Refrigeration experience advantageous
-
Experience in refrigerated cabinets and insulated cold/freezer rooms advantageous
