Position: SHEQ Administrator
Location: Alberton
Salary: R 10 000 - R 15 000 P/m (Wages and compulsory MIBFA contributions)
Role Description:

Scan and file all Qc Check sheets daily.

Printing of QC check sheets
-
Monitor and update internal production Schedule daily.

Monitor Dispatch schedule and ensure that the items has been QC inspected.

Monitor QC inspector’s daily performance against the schedule and communicate any challenges
-
Assist SHEQ Manager with process audits.
-
Assist with SHEQ System update.
-
Ensuring all electronic filling and manual filling systems are kept up to date.

Advising on improvement to the process

Assist in compiling SHEQ Awareness training documents.
-
Any other SHEQ related duties as defined by the SHEQ Manager not listed above.

Skills requirements

Planning and organizational skills.

Ability to convey information effectively and clearly.

Minimum of 1 year experience in SHEQ/Quality Assurance

Ability to learn quickly and open to understand new ideas.
-
Ability to work independently.

Knowledge ISO 9001 standard & internal Auditing is strong advantage.

Attention to detail to ensure data is accurate.
-
Excellent problem – solving & analytical Skills.
-
Comfortable standing or walking for long periods of time.
