Position:   SHEQ Administrator

Location:  Alberton

Salary:       R 10 000 - R 15 000 P/m (Wages and compulsory MIBFA contributions)


Role Description:

  • Scan and file all Qc Check sheets daily.

  • Printing of QC check sheets

  • Monitor and update internal production Schedule daily.

  • Monitor Dispatch schedule and ensure that the items has been QC inspected.

  • Monitor QC inspector’s daily performance against the schedule and communicate any challenges

  • Assist SHEQ Manager with process audits.

  • Assist with SHEQ System update.

  • Ensuring all electronic filling and manual filling systems are kept up to date.

  • Advising on improvement to the process

  • Assist in compiling SHEQ Awareness training documents.

  • Any other SHEQ related duties as defined by the SHEQ Manager not listed above.

Skills requirements

  • Planning and organizational skills.

  • Ability to convey information effectively and clearly.

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in SHEQ/Quality Assurance

  • Ability to learn quickly and open to understand new ideas.

  • Ability to work independently.

  • Knowledge ISO 9001 standard & internal Auditing is strong advantage.

  • Attention to detail to ensure data is accurate.

  • Excellent problem – solving & analytical Skills.

  • Comfortable standing or walking for long periods of time.

  • Microsoft Office and Outlook

  • Able to work with a team
