Salary: R 600 000 - R 800 000 P/A Dependent upon experience

Role Description:

Our client is currently recruiting for a well-experienced Head of Marketing and Sales for our growing business in Centurion. We are looking for an individual that can work on all levels (operational, tactical, and strategic) including the ability to lead, motivate others and delegate workload. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and people management skills, with experience in managing both the Sales and Marketing functions.

REQUIREMENTS

Degree or higher qualification in a Business-related or Marketing field.
10 years of relevant experience with at least 5 years in a management position.
Experience managing a mid-sized contact center environment.
Experience managing a marketing team including but not limited to digital marketing and lead generation.
Exposure to working in the education sector will be advantageous.

DUTIES

Managing the Sales and Marketing team, including training and performance management.
Managing the departmental overall budget.
Ensuring the department performance is aligned with the established KPIs.
Identifying, planning, and tracking marketing projects and their return on investment.
Driving effective lead generation and spending to the optimal.
Aligning campaigns and initiatives across the department.
Ensuring best practices in processes and systems.
Ensuring that the revenue targets are achieved.
Identifying and implementing sales growth strategies and processes to drive the strategies.
Continuously improving the marketing and sales function.
Availability to travel to the Cape Town office when required.
