Our client is looking for a Rawlplug Retail Brand Manager, who will bring the right mix of experience and skills to the table
to manage the sales and create long-term relationships with customers. The successful candidate will serve as the interface between
customer service and the sales team. This is a highly competitive environment with high stakes, as the Rawlplug retail brand manager
needs to drive sales and achieve dynamic growth within the relevant sales environment

QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR
This role is all about building strong relationships and having business acumen to understand the customer's demands, plan how to meet
these demands, and generate sales for the company as a result. Easily deals with a "business situation" (risks and opportunities) in a manner
that is likely to lead to a good outcome, engage in a variety of tasks (across operations, logistics, sales support, and marketing), including
coordination, strategic planning, relationship management, negotiation, leadership and innovative development of opportunities.

A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A RAWLPLUG NATIONAL RETAIL SALES MANAGER

  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to retain a client-account manager relationship by up-selling and crossselling Rawlplug.

  • Assist reps nationwide to enable the selling of Rawlplug retail concepts.

  • Focus on customer information collection and new channel development.

  • Interact and coordinate with the sales team and other staff members.

  • Develop new retail marketing strategies, evaluate product promotions from business opportunities to output.

QUALIFICATIONS - KNOWLEDGE - EXPERIENCE

  • A tertiary qualification in business administration, sales,

  • marketing, communications, business management or related

  • field (Preferred)

  • 5 years experience working directly with customers

  • Fixing and fastening knowledge beneficial

  • Willing to travel nationally
